Whoa.
Fucking weather. I am so fucking melting. The fucking aircon is not working, and I swear I can fucking feel my skin sizzling like a fucking lump of meat on a teppanyaki counter. It is so fucking hot I can't stop swearing.
What's worse is that the techies are only coming by on thursday to fix the aircon! I will be a shrivelled piece of bacon by then. How the fuck am I going to withstand the annual heatwave around the middle of the year if I'm already frying now? I'd better migrate by then.
Anyway, I didn't go to the Openhouse in the end, heck Clap and his ideas. Last night I texted Jel to ask if she will be free after the event to go bellybutton piercing with me. I thought that if she said yes, then I'll appear in school, and if not I'll stay home to sleep in on the one day that I actually can in the whole week. She replied saying that she'll be too tired after everything, so my presence was not felt this morning. I'm glad I stayed in though, I had such a good sleep, and I'll probably be roasted alive if I was out today anyway. Heh.
I've been trying to download Sara Bareilles' Love Song for days, but Ares doesn't seem to be working for this song. The same happens for Crank That by Soulja Boy; the program just stops (or takes a heck of a while) at the "searching" stage, and never makes it to the actual downloading. It is really irritating. If anyone out there has either of these two songs, do me a favor and bounce them over to me! (:
Oh and also, if you haven't already, go out to the nearest Royce' (also E-Royce') store and grab a box of their Potato Chips Chocolate. On second thought, get your paws on two or three more while you're at it. Assuming, of course, that they even have stock in Singapore. As the name clearly suggests, they are potato chips covered in chocolate. :D:D:D
Yes, it probably sounds weird to you now, but just wait till you've tried one. The chocolate is not too sweet and blends superbly with the slight saltiness of the chips. Neither component overwhelms the other, but rather acts as a perfect complement. It really is an amazing combi, absolutely delightful. Trust the Japanese to come up with something as awesome as this.
If you need another pushing factor, I'll just have you know that my entire family (not only the ones under the same roof as me) have been enjoying those chips for years now; so many people can't have been wrong for so long. The only reason why I suddenly brought them up is because I had a couple just now. XDD
Seriously, you'll be thanking me on bended knee once you've got them. Lol.
